This hotel was a hidden gem in a lovely neighborhood! The staff was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. They were professional, kind, and always ready to assist with arranging tours and car service. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, with large and clean spaces that had colorful and playful decorations, especially the multicolor tiles in the bathrooms. The breakfast offered was fabulous, and we loved the rooftop terrace and restaurant, which provided a perfect retreat for a drink or late-night dinner. The hotel's location slightly away from the hustle and bustle of downtown was a welcome escape and yet close enough to visit the city attractions, including the famous lake.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, freshly prepared and served at the table. The rooftop bar had amazing views of nearby restaurants and offered great cocktails. Location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants.

There was no gym or spa, so it was difficult to maintain workouts during the holiday. The area surrounding the hotel was a bit noisy during the night, possibly due to nearby nightlife.

Great breakfast selection and helpful staff made our city break enjoyable. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the view from the rooftop bar was amazing. the location offered easy access to the city center and affordable transportation services.

Some areas of the hotel were a bit outdated, and the air conditioning unit was not efficient enough to cool down the room properly. the portions served at dinner were small and overpriced.
